(3.) THIS contempt case has been filed alleging violation of the following interim order passed in the said writ petition on 5.12.2003. Mr. S.L. Agarwal learned Counsel appearing for the respondent prays for time to seek instruction and file counter affidavit. Put up this case after six weeks. In the meantime, if the respondents are taking work from the petitioner, he should be paid his salary.
