JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondent authorities to appoint her on the post of Primary Teacher which has been refused by respondent No. 6.

(2.) THE counsel for the petitioner submits that now she has already given the Teachers Training Certificate as well as the result of the examination vide Annexure -5. The Jharkhand Public Service Commission has got no objection in view of the name having been cleared by them pursuant to selection. It is for the District Superintendent of Education, Sahibganj to take a decision with regard to the appointment of the petitioner. It appears that the aforesaid objection is also without any basis. A representation is pending at the office of the District Superintendent of Education, Sahibganj.
