JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petitioner has been filed for grant of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or an order of direction calling upon the respondents to pay forthwith the admitted amount of Rs. 54,363/ - to petitioner No. 1 and Rs. 68,584/ - to petitioner No. 2 and to refund the Security Amount with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of due till actual payment and within specified period.

(2.) IN the counter -affidavit the respondent submits that payment will be made to the petitioner only after approval of the Liability Committee and after receiving the allotment for the liability matter case.

(3.) THE counsel for the respondents are directed to abide by their own recommendation and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
