(1.) THE petitioner is accused for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and as a matter of fact, he has never advance any claim in the property in question even as descendants of Lalji Mistry and Sk. Nazir Ali. It is further submitted that the other co-accused persons including Shanker Mistry has been granted bail by the learned court below and the petitioner who has no concern whatsoever with the land and neither has he made any claim over the disputed land, deserves the same privilege. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28. 08. 2008.
