JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a case of misuse of bail. The petitioner is alleged to have jumped the bail and remained absconding for about seven months.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been suffering detention for about four months and undertakes that he will regularly attend the court in future.

(3.) REGARD being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional sessions Judge, F. T. C. Vth, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia (Tisra) P. S. Case No. 278 of 1996 corresponding to G. R. No. 3121 of 1996 (S. T. No. 40 B of 1998) but with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
