JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this appeal by the owner of the vehicle, the only question that falls for consideration is as to whether in a case where the persons were forced by the police toboard in a goods carrying vehicle, the Insurance Company can be held liable. This question has been answered by this Court in M.A. No. 386 of 2007 arising out of the same accident. The concluding portion of the judgment reads as under:
