STATE OF JHARKHAND Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner, in this writ application, has prayed for an order directing the Respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner for his appointment to the post of Police Constable in the district of Sahebganj in the light of the memo dated 7.5.2005, issued by the Commandant, Jharkhand Armed Police Force -8, Palamau Camp, Bokaro (Respondent No. 4).

(3.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that he has been arbitrarily denied his appointment though as a matter of fact, he does possess the height of more than 167 cms. and as it appears, the recording of the height measurements in course of the medical examination was intentionally made incorrect.
