JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is accused for the offence under Section 406, 323, 498a and 120b of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(3.) IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case on account of the fact that he happens to be the husband of the complainant and even otherwise, the petitioner has suffered detention from the date of his surrender before the court below on 31. 07. 2008.
