JUDGEMENT

(1.) FOR quashing the order dated 5.10.2002 (Annexure -19) whereby and whereunder the Acting Vice -Chancellor -cum -Registrar, Binova Bhave University, Hazaribagh has disposed of the representation of the petitioner.

(2.) FOR directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner against the vacant sanctioned post of Lecturer in Botany in Shree Shree Laxmi Narayan Trust Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Dhanbad (hereinafter referred to as SSLNT College) (Respondent NO.6).

(3.) FOR directing the respondents to pay the arrears of difference of salary to the petitioner at par with other regular lecturers of the said college and also in the same terms and conditions of emoluments as admittedly payable against present UGC Pay Scale from the date of joining i.e. 14.12.1985.
