JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the concerned respondents to appoint her as an Angan Bari Sevika for the Churadohar Angan Bari Centre situated within the Patan Police Station, District -Palamau for which she has been selected by the Aam Sabha held in the village on 10.6.2007 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has applied for the post of Angan Bari Sevika of Churadohar centre, she is matriculate and residing within the tola Churadohar.

(2.) THE counsel for the petitioner submits that she has already been selected by the Angan Bari Sabha held in the village on 10.6.2007 and she is fully qualified. However, in the writ petitioner she has also admitted that respondent No. 5, Sarita Devi has already been appointed as Sevika of Angan Bari Centre.
