JUDGEMENT

(2.) MR . A.K. Sahani, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has not received as yet the part of G.P.F. for the period 1.7.1975 to 30.9.1977 while he was posted at Katihar district. The petitioner has also not received Rs. 500.00 which he deposited as security. The petitioner has also not received arrears salary for the period from 1.11.1997 to 31.12.2002 on account of revised pay scale. He further submitted that pension has not been fixed in view of the objection raised by the Government vide Letter No. 592 dated 19th May, 2003 (Annexure -4), though the petitioner filed representation against the said objection before the Sub -Divisional Officer, Godda.

(3.) IN the circumstances, I am left with no option but to pass the following order.
