JUDGEMENT

(1.) .The petitioner -State Bank of India seeks review of the Order dated 22.06.2006 passed by a Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No. 5314 of 2005 whereby, while disposing of the writ petition, a direction was issued to the Bank to consider the documents and on the basis of the same if it is found that marriage with the deceased -employee was not solemnized within the service, the respondent should process for family pension and the Bank shall settle the same within a period of three months.
