(2.) THE petitioner is facing trial for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others killed his own son on account of dispute regarding money and property.

(3.) PERUSED the Case Diary, which has been called for. From the Case Diary, it appears that there are sufficient materials to connect the petitioner with alleged crime.
