JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is accused for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(3.) IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. After his arrest, he was shown to the eye witnesses in the lock up thereafter the witnesses made identification of the petitioner.
