(1.) his second appeal by the defendant -appellant is directed against the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2005 passed by Additional District Judge, Dhanbad in Title (Eviction) Appeal No. 31 of 2004, whereby he has reversed the judgment and decree passed by the Munsif, Dhanbad in Title (Eviction) Suit No. 54 of 1997.
