JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal by the claimants -appellants is for enhancement of compensation. The deceased died in a motor vehicle accident.

(2.) THE claimants ' case was that the deceased was a hawker and was earning about Rs.

(3.) AS noticed above, no documentary evidence was adduced with regard to income of the deceased. However, there is no evidence to show as to how the Tribunal come to the conclusion that the daily earning of the deceased was Rs. 60/ - per day in absence of substantive evidence.
