(1.) Footpath Dukandar Sangh (Janta Bazar) has filed this Public Interest Litigation seeking for the direction to be issued to the respondents commanding them for construction and allocation of shops/kiosks at Doranda Bazar Market Complex, commonly known as Janta Bazar.
