JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, who is accused for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) Informant/Opposite Party No. 2 has filed his presence through his lawyer.
