JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the posts of Police Constable for which they had applied and were selected pursuant to test and interview by the duly constituted Selection Board under the Chairmanship of Superintendent of Police, Koderma and other S.S.P.

(2.) THE respondents in their counter affidavit and argument submits that they have explained the reasons as to why the people were not appointed.

(3.) THIS writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of but without any order as to costs.
