JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the State.

(2.) THE petitioner has been apprehending his arrests in Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2005 registered under Section 409/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) REGARD being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission made hereinbefore, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks from today and on his surrender, he, on showing deposit of Rs. 50,000/ - before the District Board, Hazaribagh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ -(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in Hazaribagh Sadar Rs. Case No. 123 of 2005 (G.R No. 836 of 2005) subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
