JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) IN view of the nature of disputes and relief sought for, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself with consent of the parties.

(3.) IN paragraph -4 of the counter -affidavit filed on behalf of the State it has been stated that the petitioner has been granted benefits of A.C.P. by the Regional Deputy Director, Health Services, Santhal Pargana Division, Dumka w.e.f. 9.8.1999. It has also been stated that the statement has already been prepared in the prescribed form for payment of financial benefit due and also to grant benefit of A.C.P. Scheme to the petitioner. Accordingly, his pay had been fixed in the scale of Rs. 6,500 -200 -10,500 on 9.8.1999 @ Rs. 8,500/ -.
