JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both the anticipatory bail applications arose from the same Complaint Case being C/1 1095 of 2015 pending in the court of J.M.,1st Class, Jamshedpur, they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP.

(3.) The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C/1 1095 of 2015, the case registered under Sections 150/347/452/506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
