JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both These Appeals, Arise Out Of The Same Impugned Judgment, were heard together and are being disposed of by this common judgment.

(2.) These Appeals Are Directed Against The Judgment Of Conviction And and order of sentence dated 28.04.2005 and 30.04.2005 respectively, passed in Sessions Trial No. 80 of 2003, whereby both the appellants, having been found guilty for committing murder of a minor girl aged about seven years, namely Payal Kumari Pal, were convicted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, and thereby, they were sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life.

(3.) On The Basis Of The Said Written Report, Manoharpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2002 was registered, against Kishore Kerketta, his mother Bedonika Karketta and one unknown, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
