JUDGEMENT

(1.) Order No. 02 Dated 03rd Feb., 2017 Heard Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vijayant Verma, learned J.C. to G.P. II for the respondents No. 1 to 5.

(2.) In this application the petitioners pray for direction upon the respondents to show cause as to why the proceeding u/s 144 Cr. P.C. has not been initiated in spite of the application filed by the petitioners on 20.01.2017.

(3.) It appears that the petitioners claim possession over the land situated at Mouza Debiyana, Mouza No. 139, Khata No. 236, Plot No. 1544, 1445, 147 and 1548, total area measuring 2 acres.
