JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer for payment of un-utilized Earned Leave to the petitioners, who were Assistant Teachers in Government Recognized Minority Aided Schools in the District of Gumla.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioners that they are retired teacher of Minority Primary/Middle School, details of the individual are being shown the chart given below:-
