JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 4785 of 2016 This interlocutory application has been preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 265 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal.

(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and looking to the reasons stated in this interlocutory application, there are reasons stated in paragraph 8 onwards, as submitted by learned counsel for the appellant.

(3.) Now, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the reasons have been given in paragraph 4 onwards.
