JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner is an accused in connection with ECIR-02/PAT/09/ AD(B) registered for the offence under sections 3 and 4 of the P.M.L.A. Act.

(3.) Petitioner had earlier prayed for grant of grant of anticipatory bail before this Court, which was rejected in A.B.A. No. 4278 2016, against which the petitioner had moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the anticipatory bail application was disposed of on 19.7.2017.
