JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shekhar Sinha, learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) In this application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order, dated 12-7-2017 passed in connection with Nisra P.S. Case No. 299 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3281 of 2014) by learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad whereby the application preferred by the petitioner u/S. 437(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected.

(3.) It appears that the petitioner has been implicated for committing an offence u/S. 409 and 420, I.P.C. The petitioner was taken into custody and in terms of Section 437(6) Cr. P.C. an application was made for his release which however was rejected vide impugned order, dated12.07.2017.
