Having heard counsels for both the sides and looking to the reasons stated in this petition, there are reasonable reasons for recalling of the order passed in civil miscellaneous petition and therefore, we recall the order dated 21st April, 2016. C.M.P. No. 23 of 2014 is restored to its original file with the same number.

(3.) This civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and disposed of.
