JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) The petitioner, who is accused for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, prays for anticipatory bail expressing apprehension of his arrest in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella.

(3.) From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the informant, Irfat Praveen, resident of village Ansar Nagar, Damdubi under Chandil P.S. It is alleged that on 19.08.2016 at about 11.00 p.m., the informant was returning to her house from Mango, after attending a birth day party along with her husband and daughter.
