JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

(2.) Referring to the seizure list memo at page 21, Mr. Anil Kumar, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that apparently the seizure list memo is an ante-dated document on which even the witnesses have failed to give the date of alleged seizure. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a series of cases in which on account of paucity of evidences, he has been granted bail or acquitted.

(3.) The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for grant of bail.
