JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 498-A/304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution case is that the fardbeyan of mother of the victim lady at Sadar Hospital, Daltonganj in which she has alleged that her daughter Sapana Kumari was wedded with the petitioner about 13 years ago with the petitioner. It is alleged that soon after the marriage her daughter was tortured by her in laws people and the petitioner, the husband of her daughter used to extend threat to burn her, which was used to be intimated by her daughter on phone. It is stated that the deceased has 10 years old son and 6 years old daughter. It is further alleged that the parents in law has burnt her and the petitioner has helped him.
