JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioners and learned J.C. to G.P.IV for the State-respondents.

(2.) The petitioner, in this writ application, has challenged the office order, as contained in Memo No. 5/vividh-19-13/2002Ka. 121/Ranchi, dated 15th January, 2005, by which the petitioners have been directed to show cause as to why disciplinary action be not taken for wrong information in respect of their date of appointment while seeking first and second Time Bound Promotion. Further, the order No.5/Vividh-19-13/2002 Ka. 07/Ranchi dated 17th January, 2005, by which the second Assured Career Promotion granted to the petitioner No.1 has been cancelled, has also been challenged in this writ application.
