This Interlocutory Application has been preferred by the petitioner for amending para-1 and prayer portion of the main application in view of the subsequent development by virtue of which process u/s 83 Cr.P.C. has been ordered to be issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Jamshedpur vide order dated 10.08.2017 in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017.

(3.) It appears that initially the petitioner has challenged the order dated 02.06.2017 passed in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017, by which proclamation u/s 82 Cr.P.C. had been ordered to be issued.
