(2.) It is submitted that the appellant died during the pendency of the appeal on 24.01.2016, leaving behind her husband, three sons and two daughters as her legal heirs/representatives as mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the interlocutory application.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection.
