JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to order dated 16.02.2017 petitioner is physically present along with learned counsel. O.P. No. 2 is also physically present but she is not defended by learned counsel.

(2.) Under these circumstances, Mr. Subodh Kr. Dubey, who is advocate from the panel of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA),Ranchi, is appointed as an advocate on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

(3.) During course of mediation, both parties have stated that they want re-union and they want to resolve their dispute through the process of mediation.
