JUDGEMENT

(1.) Let the name of learned counsel for the State Mr. V.K. Prasad appear in the cause list henceforth.

(2.) In F.A. No.91/1994 from the office notes it appears that its analogous cases F.A. Nos. 63/1994 to 90/1994 and 92/1994 to 109/1994 were dismissed as withdrawn in Lok Adalat. From the connected record of F.A. No.63/1994 also it appears that by order dated 17 th October 1996 the appellant-State of Bihar was permitted to withdraw the appeal in view of the same Government notification no.1217 dated 28 th September 1996. F.A. No.110 of 1994 also carries similar office notes that analogous cases F.A.

(3.) In this background, learned counsel for the State Mr. V.K. Prasad seeks time to obtain instructions in the present appeals as to whether appellant-State is interested in prosecuting the same or would seek withdrawal in that regard.
