(2.) Heard Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State.

(3.) This application is directed against the order dated 24.05.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P. S. Case No. 05 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
