JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

(2.) Referring to orders granting bail vide B.A. No. 52 of 2017, B.A. No. 2906 of 2017 and B.A. No. 2760 of 2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons in the aforesaid bail applications are named in the First Information Report. It is submitted that only on suspicion that earlier the petitioner had threatened the deceased with dire consequences, his wife has named him in the First Information Report. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.05.2017 and a charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

(3.) The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for grant of bail.
