JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi through its Secretary, as respondent No. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 5.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to provide grant-in-aid to petitioner's school in terms with Jharkhand State Unaided Educational Institution (Grant in aid) Act, 2004 [in short to be referred as "the said Act"] for which the recommendation has already been made by the District Superintendent of Education, Hazaribagh and to that effect, the application of the petitioner and the recommendation made therein has already been forwarded to the Director, Primary Education, Jharkhand, but no grant-in-aid has been provided to the petitioner's school in terms with the provisions of the said Act.
