JUDGEMENT

(1.) Apprehending his arrest the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.82 of 2017 (G.R. No.1473 of 2017) registered under Sections 3/4/5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he is the kingpin of a racket which is involved in the business of running of prostitution in organized manner. Police arrested one of the pimp of the said racket namely Sonu Singh and he has described in detail about the activities of the petitioner in the said racket. Police raided the house of the petitioner at Mohrabadi but he was found absconding from there. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false. Nothing has been seized form the conscious possession of the petitioner. Not a single girl has been arrested in connection with the case. Hence, the petitioner be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
