JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal by the claimant appellant has been filed for enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal in M.V. Claim Case No. 05 of 87/08 of 2003.

(3.) ACCORDING to the learned Counsel for the appellant, the appellant is entitled to get compensation of Rs. 1.20 lakh as claimed in the claim application and the insurance company is liable to pay the entire amount.
