JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal has been filed by the claimant -appellant for enhancement of compensation.

(3.) EVEN after following the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court that in the matter of assessment of compensation where the claimants are parents, the age of parents shall be taken into consideration the compensation amount cannot and shall not be less than a sum of Rs. 1 lakh.
