(1.) PETITIONER is an employee of respondent Company. He is seeking a direction for his promotion from E -5 to M -1 Grade.

(2.) MR . Mehta submits that counter has been filed though the same has not been placed on record. Mr. Mehta also submits that case of the petitioner has already been forwarded to the Chairman, Coal India Limited.
