(2.) SINCE the present application for bail has been heard along with Cr. A. 1761 of 2004, the application for bail is being disposed of simultaneously.

(3.) THE learned counsel for the petitioners Sri. G.C. Sahu submitted that the trial though instituted in the year 2000 has yet not been completed. It is also submitted that the prosecution story is based upon false and concocted facts.
