JUDGEMENT

(1.) BALESHWAR Singh, petitioner herein, has filed this application for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 9.4. 2003 passed in CWJC No. 771/1998R.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, he has been given the pay -scale of Anti -Malaria Supervisor only with effect from 1.1.1986 whereas he is entitled to the same with effect from 1.10,1980 as per the recommendation of the Pay -Revision Committee. He has filed writ petition being CWJC No. 771/1998R and the same was disposed of on 9.4.2003. Thereupon appeal was filed in L.P.A No. 386/2003, which was dismissed on 27.2.2006.
