JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that though he had appeared in the final examination of LLB. held in the year 2005 including "Torts" Paper -IV, but in the cross -list, issued by the University, no marks has been allotted to the petitioner in the said subject i.e. "Torts" Paper -IV. The petitioner filed his representation before the University -respondents and thereafter repeatedly requested them to publish his marks of the said paper and revise his result, but till date the University has not heeded upon his request.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the Ranchi University submitted that the Controller of Examination, Ranchi University, Ranchi is the competent authority to look into the petitioner's grievance and that he will consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
