JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. P.K. Prasad, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent N.6 - Om Prakash Singh, and Mr. Shamim Akhtar, learned Counsel appearing for the State.

(2.) THIS appeal is directed against the judgment dated 7.2.2007 passed by learned Single Judge in W.P. (S) No. 22 of 2007 whereby the writ petition has been dismissed.

(3.) THE grievance of the appellant in the writ petition was that he was transferred at the instance of the Minister, Human Resources Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand who has got no concern with the petitioner's department and further that order of transfer was not legally issued in accordance with law.
