JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE controversies involved in 1 his matter admittedly arise out of a concluded contract between the parties.

(2.) BOKARO Steel Plant is a unit of Steel Authority of India Ltd. It will be hereinafter referred to as BSL, for short.

(3.) SIX tenderers responded to the said invitation. The Tender Committee considered the price quoted by the tenderers and recommended for negotiation with the tenderers for increasing the rate.
