JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner stating himself to be public -spirited person has filed this writ petition by way of Public Interest Litigation. The main grievance of the petitioner as it appears is against the closure of a petrol pump namely, M/s Shanti and Company a retail outlet of Bharat Petroleum Corporation, situated in the Main Road of Ranchi town.

(3.) WE fail to understand as to how due to closure of a particular petrol pump, general public would suffer in any manner.
